Adirondack Iron offers products manufactured in it’s own backyard. The products are made in-house by our manufacturer located in Central New York using domestic material and labor. This means we are 100% American Made!

Payment
Your payment is 100% secure. All payments are processed through a secure connection with all information being encrypted and handled by a payment gateway. We don’t see any of the information and have zero access to that private data.
We use Paypal and Google for a secure checkout. You can rest assured these large companies handle security very seriously.
In addition, when using a credit card to pay online, you have an extra level of protection. Nearly every credit card allows its customers to dispute charges. The majority of the burden of proof lies on the seller, while the buyer does have to provide some information. If a sale is legitimate, the seller will easily be able to prove it.
Privacy
As with your payment, all of your personal information is 100% secure and not shared with a single soul.
We retain all customer information for our own business purposes and do not share or sell any of this information. We may ask you upon checkout if you would like to accept marketing. You can opt out in checkout or even opt out later when you don’t like our email newsletters. Our email newsletters is quite infrequent and only contains important news and product specials. This data only includes your name and email, not your address or phone number.

All of the products are 100% American made. That means all the material, labor and work that goes into running this business is derived from American soil.
What does this mean for you?
Special care to eliminate any rough edges from welding, bending or laser cutting. The products you see in Home Depot or Wal-Mart typically have a sloppy look when closely inspected. This may seem like small peanuts now, but those products won’t last as long and will rust well before our product.
Returns
We offer a straightforward return policy. You can return any product you don’t like for a refund.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item we would be happy to do that for you as well. If we make a mistake on your order we will promptly send you a return shipping label for the wrong item and send you the correct item immediately.
If your item is damaged, please notify us immediately. All orders are insured and we will have a limited time to file an insurance claim. In the meantime, we will take care of your order by sending a replacement.
Shipping
All orders will receive shipment tracking information upon leaving the warehouse. You will be able to tracking every point of the shipment from the UPS or USPS website.
We ship all domestic orders via UPS and all international order by either UPS or US Postal. All orders are insured up to $100 value and can be covered for a greater value.
Orders take 2-3 days to fill at the warehouse and depending on your location will arrive 1-6 days after they have left the facility.
